The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as hunting and nursery work at the forest nursery, to be carried out in the Rajgród Forest District in 2019. A detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3 to the ToR. The material ranges listed in Annex 2 to the ToR are estimates. The place of performance of the contract will be the administrative area of Rajgród Forest District. The implementation of the works included in the subject of the order for individual Packages will take place in the forestry area - appropriate for the given Package.

3.4. The contracting authority requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract involving the acquisition and logging of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1502, as amended).
