1. The subject of the Order is the provision of public transport services (regular transport as part of local public transport, i.e. public transport) on lines 144, 185, 287 in Sopot, three low-floor city buses, according to timetables constituting Annex 1 to the Description of the Subject of the Contract.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the Order is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the Order is the provision of public transport services (regular transport as part of local public transport, i.e. public transport) on lines 144, 185, 287 in Sopot, three low-floor city buses, according to timetables constituting an attachment to the Description of the Subject of the Contract. The order includes the operation of the following lines:
• 144 and 185 – on weekdays from Monday to Friday, by three buses,
• 144 and 185 – on Saturdays (except holidays), by one bus,
• 144, 185 and 287 – on Sundays and holidays, by one bus.
2. Estimated number of vehicle-kilometers during the period of the Order: 261.404.
3. Order completion date: 1 July 2023 – 30 June 2025
4. The provision of services is to be carried out by three low-floor city buses, such as:
• MN – with a length from 8.01 m to 9.50 m, or
• KN – length from 9.51 m to 11.00 m,
satisfying (strictly required by the Ordering Party):
• conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022), and
technical and functional parameters specified in the OPZ.
5. The Contracting Authority allows in the so-called transitional period, i.e. within the first 3 months from the signing of the contract, the provision of services by low-floor city buses of the following types:
• MN – with a length from 8.01 m to 9.50 m, or
• KN – with a length from 9.51 m to 11.00 m, or
• MV – length from 11.01 m to 12.00 m,
satisfying (strictly required by the Ordering Party):
• conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022), and
technical and functional parameters specified in the OPZ.
