Object planning building.
The district court Zwickau is currently accommodated at a total of 4 locations in Zwickau and Bad Schlema. The aim of the measure is the concentrated, needs-based accommodation of the district court at a location in Zwickau on the basis of the law on the reorganization of administrative and judicial locations of the Free State of Saxony (Saxon Site Law - SächsStOG). The historic district court at the Dr.-Friedrichs-Ring 21 site will be renovated, rebuilt and expanded.
The construction project is divided into the following sub-measures:
TBM 1: Extension in existing buildings (covered meeting rooms in the courtyard area of the EC as well as closing the existing building)
TBM 2: new building
TBM 3: Renovation of existing buildings
The cost range determined in preparation of this procedure for the KG is 200-600 = 20,865 363,00 EUR (of which KG 300 = 10 852,493 EUR and KG 400 = 7 860 837,00 EUR).
Project start (start of service) is scheduled for December 2019 and completion (LPH 8) for March 2024.
