The subject of the contract is the supply of light diesel (heating) fuel oil to the company's own oil boiler rooms located in military complexes in the following towns: Leźnica Wielka, Regny and Nowy Glinnik, necessary to ensure the supply of heat for the needs of central heating and domestic hot water to military facilities in the amount of 300,000 liters. The supplied oil must meet the requirements specified in PN-C96024 and the following parameters:

-calorific value of at least 42 600 kJ/kg;

-flash point minimum 560C;

-sulphur content % (m/m) - max 0.1%;

-freezing point not higher than (-) 200C;

-density at 150C – maximum 860 kg/m3.

During the execution of the order, the delivery price of 1 litre of oil will change in accordance with the change in the price of diesel oil according to PKN ORLEN Diesel Heating Oil Ekoterm on the delivery date (the price published on the www.orlen.pl website), with the application of unchanged price discount or margin rates specified in the offer.
