The market is divided into 2 lots and will start on April 1, 2022 and end on March 31, 2025. Each lot can be awarded independently of each other.
This market is considered a “multi-service” market which consists of the control and maintenance of hot water production equipment, the possible troubleshooting of these devices, the control of autonomous smoke detection devices and the maintenance of the ventilation systems (VMC) of all the dwellings of A EACH SON LOGIS.
The objective is to control and maintain the entire heritage each year (2022, 2023 and 2024) and to ensure childcare throughout the year (from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2025).
The quantities provided for in this contract may vary as a result of construction, renovation or sale of housing, but also following the evolution of the permanent inventory that is carried out. No supplement or compensation for the... (see contract documents)
LOT 1: Maintenance and troubleshooting of hot water production equipment, related services and autonomous smoke detectorsThis batch concerns the control and maintenance of all domestic hot water or heating equipment as well as the control of autonomous optical smoke detectors in the dwellings of A EACH SON LOGIS. These devices are placed in dwellings located on the territory of the entity of Courcelles (Courcelles, Trazegnies and Souvret).
Each year, a precise inventory of the heritage will have to be carried out allowing a better organization for future years. The costs inherent in this work will be fully passed on to the unit prices awarded by the awardee.
During each check, the service provider will have to check the proper functioning of the autonomous smoke detectors placed in the homes.
It is requested to provide a childcare service from 8:00am to 4:00pm (or 21:00????) weekends, public holidays and closing days of EACH ONE'S HOUSE all year round. This position is a mandatory option (obligation to award this option), which means it may not be awarded. This will not give rise to any compensation.
The specific regulations and standards in force must be respected by the successful tenderer.
LOT 2: Control and Maintenance of VentilationsThis lot concerns the maintenance and maintenance of VMC type ventilation devices in the dwellings of EACH ONE'S HOME. These devices are placed in dwellings located on the territory of the entity of Courcelles (Courcelles, Trazegnies and Souvret).
In the 1st year, a precise inventory of the heritage will have to be carried out allowing a better organization for future years. The costs inherent in this work will be fully passed on to the unit prices awarded by the awardee.
Bidders are asked to establish a maintenance contract over 3 years. This contract must include an annual inspection of ventilation units and cleaning of ventilation ducts every 3 years.
