for the Ordering Party's FortiGate 1200D (2) and FortiGate 1500D (2) safety devices. Support services should ensure:

1. Access to the latest versions of the software, without the need to pay additional fees,

2. Access to patches and patches for the software after their publication by the manufacturer,

3. Dostęp do aktualizacji modułów IPS, Advanced Malware Protection, Application Control, Web & Video Filtering, Antispam Service itp.,

4. Possibility of direct reporting of service problems to the manufacturer by the Ordering Party,

5. Replacement of devices in case of hardware failure.
