The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of solar installations used to supply buildings with thermal energy for the purpose of heating domestic hot water on residential buildings in the Municipality of Węgierska Górka, as part of the project entitled: "Clean energy - clean environment, renewable energy sources for individual households from the Municipality of Węgierska Górka and the Municipality of Wisła", co-financed under the Regional Operational Program of the Silesian Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020 (European Regional Development Fund) for priority axis: IV. Corrective actions in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic - REACT-EU for action: 14.3. Renewable energy sources – REACT-EU.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of solar installations used to supply buildings with thermal energy for the purpose of heating domestic hot water on residential buildings in the Municipality of Węgierska Górka, as part of the project entitled: "Clean energy-clean environment, renewable energy sources for individual farms from the area of the Municipality of Węgierska Górka and the Municipality of Wisła", co-financed under the Regional Operational Program of the Silesian Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020 (European Regional Development Fund) for priority axis: IV. Corrective actions in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic - REACT-EU for action: 14.3. Renewable energy sources – REACT-EU.

2. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to:

1) preparation of design and as-built documentation by authorized persons;

2) delivery of equipment in accordance with the design documentation;

3) installation of the solar system together with the delivery and installation of solar instrumentation and piping;

4) connecting the solar installation to the DHW network of buildings: connecting the upper coil to the current heat source and the lower coil to the existing water supply network in the building;

5) perform appropriate tests and measurements and draw up protocols;

6) acceptance of works.

3. Details of the scope of the subject of this contract are specified in Annex 8 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract, and the requirements for the performance of the contract in Annex 9 to the SWZ – Draft Agreement.

9. The Contractor shall also prepare the necessary documents for each user to connect the installation to the power or water and sewage network.

10. The Contractor is responsible for the execution of the installation and connection through an authorized installer who will guarantee the correct execution of the contract, including assembly and operation of the installation while meeting the operational safety of the installation and cooperation with the water and sewage network.

11. Within the scope of the contract, the contractor is to mark the installation with information plates regarding the source of financing the investment. The delivery of the plates belongs to the Ordering Party.

12. The Contractor shall be obliged to agree at least one week in advance with the Contracting Authority and the owners of individual properties on the date of commencement of works and the location of equipment on each facility accordingly. The organization of work must take into account the specificity of the facility and the resulting constraints. The works should be organized in such a way that the nuisance of the work carried out is the least and ensures safety for the residents of the property.

13. The delivered and installed installations and devices referred to in paragraph 1 shall be the property of the Ordering Party.

14. The Contracting Authority shall publish lists of solar installations on the website of the conducted proceedings.
