The DIFFER building at De Zaale 20 in Eindhoven is located on the TU/e site. The total area of the property is approximately 10,000m2 and has regular offices and laboratories. Given the precarious nature of the research material and the required specialist knowledge, only part of the laboratories will fall within the scope of this assignment. Cleaning maintenance includes regular cleaning, floor maintenance and window cleaning. The solar panels, patio and roof are also part of the scope of this Assignment.
