The rescue services of the wellbeing services county of South Savo request your offer for the delivery of an ERP system for its own use as a software service maintained by the Supplier (SaaS service) and for services related to the system. The service must be available 24/7 and enable the use of several different terminal devices (PC, tablet, mobile interface). The system to be procured must already be in production use at the tender stage by at least two of the tenderer's reference customers (rescue departments).
The acquired information system must be able to plan and direct the resources of Eloisa's rescue services in a timely, fast and flexible manner, taking into account the derogation and local agreements. The system is expected to provide a comprehensive and functional ERP system for rescue services and, possibly, as an option for emergency care. The acquired information system must be able to take care of workforce planning, monitoring of training/professional qualifications/qualifications and their validity periods, specification, approval and reporting of completed deliverables (e.g. alerts), and their forwarding until payment. The information system must provide comprehensive reports for personnel reporting on performance, personnel qualifications and shift strengths during different periods, as well as material for salary driving.

The procurement of an ERP system covers the system implementation project on a turnkey basis, the necessary user training, and support and maintenance services during production use, including system development services.
The total number of rescue services personnel is approximately 800 full-time and contract fire brigade emergency department personnel, which include both system administrators and users who need viewing rights.
The procurement complies with the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016) and the Act on the Openness of Government Activities (621/1999).
