Extent

The procurement covers two tender areas and is divided into tender area 1 business service and tender area 2 real estate services.

Tender area 1 business services include:

Operational and operational support services for the municipality's facilities and activities in the clearing area. This includes but does not exclusively include ongoing operation, internal and external maintenance, booking service / premises rental and service to the users of the facilities as well as other adjacent services. Tender area 2 real estate services include:

Årehus AB signs agreement for tender area 2 property services

Bidders shall submit tenders for both tender areas and all services requested. Only one (1) supplier will be admitted for both tender areas. The same supplier will thus be awarded the contract for business service and the agreement for property services. Tenders covering only parts of the requested services will not be considered.
