The subject of the contract is the provision of insurance services for the Capital City of Warsaw together with organizational units, local government budget establishments of Warsaw and cultural institutions in the period 2022-2024.

The execution of the contract will be carried out on the basis of the framework agreement and the implementing agreements signed separately by each of the Contracting Authority listed in Annex No 1 to the Framework Agreement, which constitutes Annex No 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, 7E, 7F, 7G, 7H to SWZ, respectively for the part of the contract.

(b) Scope 2 — insurance of the liability of the holder of motor vehicles for damages arising from the movement of those vehicles

d) Scope 4 — Assistance insurance,

Personal insurance according to SWZ.

a) Scope 1 - insurance of the aftermath of mishaps of employees of the Office of Taxation and Enforcement

b) Scope 2 — insurance of the consequences of unfortunate accidents of the Employees of the Office of Accounting and Countersignates (“Employees of the cash registers”)

c) Scope 3 — short-term insurance of the aftermath of mishaps

d) Scope 4 — insurance of consequences of mishaps and medical expenses during overseas travel

e) Scope 5 — insurance of the consequences of mishap and medical costs of students of technical and professional schools during apprenticeship

Cyber risk insurance according to SWZ.

Superannuation third party insurance according to SWZ.

Compulsory insurance of the operator of unmanned aerial vehicles in accordance with SWZ.

Insurance of construction and assembly risks — insurance of construction risks in accordance with the SWZ.
