execution of electrical installation to supply central heating and hot water equipment in premises and common areas as well as separate sanitary facilities (in accordance with the electrical part of the technical design)

2. The description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) constitutes Annex 1A to the SWZ.
3. The detailed scope of works is specified in the design documentation, technical design, executive design, technical specification and bill of quantities (as an auxiliary element to the price calculation).
4. In addition, the Contractor's obligations related to the performance of the contract are also specified in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) attached to the SWZ.
5. The Contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee on the subject of the contract for not less than 3 years from the date of receipt of the final works.
6. The warranty period for the item of the order is 5 years.
7. The offer prepared shall comply with the subject of the contract, the design documentation and the technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works.
