Zad.nr 1 - Thermomodernization of the building located at Marszałkowska Street in Zawiercie 16 as part of the Termom. residential buildings in the Municipality of Zawiercie - ul. Marszałkowska 16,18,22,23

The subject of the contract is: Task No. 1 - Thermomodernization of the building located at 16 Marszałkowska Street as part of the task "Thermomodernization of residential buildings in the Municipality of Zawiercie - 16 Marszałkowska Street, 18 Marszałkowska Street, 22 Marszałkowska Street, 23 Marszałkowska Street" no. POIS.01.07.01-00-0043/20 under the sub-measure POIS.01.07.01 Supporting energy efficiency in residential buildings in the Silesian Voivodeship, POIS.01.07.00 measures – comprehensive liquidation low emissions in the Silesian Voivodeship priority axis POIS.01.00.00 - decarbonisation of the economy of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020.

1. Scope of construction works:

insulation and insulation of foundation walls and basements,

façade renovation – insulation of walls with polystyrene boards along with plastering,

insulation of window and door jambs,

insulation of attic walls,

warming the ceiling over the unheated attic with mineral wool,

insulation of the ceiling over the polystyrene passage,

renovation of external stairs,

renovation of balconies,

replacement of railings

repair of cracks in walls and lintels

reinforcement of structural elements

supplementation and protection of walls against further degradation

replacement of flashings of window sills

replacement of external window sills

replacement of gutters and downspouts

replacement of window joinery

replacement of external door joinery

replacement of roof truss structure elements,

reinforcement of the wooden ceiling of the last floor

roof repair with replacement of the covering and hatch

replacement of flashings

Reconstruction of chimneys above the roof

replacement of flashings of chimneys

restoration of the surface around the building

finishing and repair works after works inside the building

implementation of the required ventilation in the premises of the building

execution of complex sanitary facilities in 2 premises

modernization of the water and sewage system (in accordance with the sanitary part of the technical project)

modernization of central heating installations (in accordance with the sanitary part of the technical design)

execution of a comprehensive central heating and hot water installation powered by stationary furnaces in the premises, along with gas or electric stoves for preparing meals (in accordance with the sanitary part of the technical design)

execution of gas installation (according to a separate study)

execution of electrical installation to supply central heating and hot water equipment in premises and common areas as well as separate sanitary facilities (in accordance with the electrical part of the technical design)

replacement of lightning protection system (in accordance with the electrical part of the technical design)

assembly of a collective antenna

2. The description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) constitutes Annex 1A to the SWZ.

3. The detailed scope of works is specified in the design documentation, technical design, executive design, technical specification and bill of quantities (as an auxiliary element to the price calculation).

4. In addition, the Contractor's obligations related to the performance of the contract are also specified in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) attached to the SWZ.

5. The Contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee on the subject of the contract for not less than 3 years from the date of receipt of the final works.

6. The warranty period for the item of the order is 5 years.

7. The offer prepared shall comply with the subject of the contract, the design documentation and the technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works.

8. The Contractor shall provide a construction manager and a works manager with appropriate building licenses
