Prepared explosives. 1. DE&S has a requirement for Demolition Charges to be User Filled with in-service MOD Plastic Explosive primarily for Explosive Engineering tasks for the MOD UK Armed Forces.

2. A User Requirements Document (URD) and a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) will be issued in due course to those who register an interest to this advert.

3. Subsequently, from those PQQ responses that are deemed commercially and technically compliant, Industry will be invited to submit samples for User Trials. (For planning purposes, it is expected that these Trials will be conducted by the end of 2013).
