The subject of the order is the provision of catering services in all premises of the conference center (house 2) on the premises of the DGUV Akademie in Dresden for events from 70 to 500 people including cleaning and disposal services directly related to this in accordance with the details of the service description (document B.).

The tender for the entire procurement project is divided into the following lots:

— Lot 2: Conference Center House 2, event catering (this announcement),

— Lot 1: Campus (management of the buffet restaurant, bistros and sports bar in the Akademie Hotel as well as seminar and event catering for up to 69 people).

Lot 1 is listed as a separate tender under the issue number 2021-26-1 and will be published separately in the European Official Journal. Access is made via a separate project room in the DTVP.

At the same time, the AG intends to conclude a separate contract for the operation of the hotel shop in the academy hotel on the premises of DGUV Akademie Dresden as a sub-threshold concession (procedure number J-Nat-2021-11).
