The objective of this tender is to contract a service provider for the performance of the work that rests on the contracting authority as own-risk carrier of the Sickness Benefits Act pursuant to Article 63a et seq. The framework agreement relates to the implementation of the Sickness Benefits Act for sector 61 (government, education and science).

The costs of payment of the sickness benefit (including implementation and wage costs) were on average € 100,000 per year over the past 4 years.
