Services are awarded for the planning and furnishing of the Schaudepot in the collection building of the Filmmuseum Potsdam. The exhibition is to be conceived and realized/produced from a single source, i.e. a general takeover is planned. The general takeover provides for the development of a design concept including graphics, lighting and media concept as well as the development of a ticketing system, design and execution planning with scenography on the basis of the feasibility study "Schaudepot" commissioned in 2020. The feasibility study includes a curatorial concept, including a media and mediation concept for the planned Schaudepot as well as all key data of the project implementation (time and production plan).
As general contractor, the designer is also responsible for the execution and implementation services. He is responsible for the structural supervision and finally the participation in the acceptance as well as a transparent list of all costs.
Construction of the Schaudepot for film technology as well as for set design, establishment of a mediation workshop in the new collection building of the Film Museum with further media applications, on the basis of the feasibility study "Schaudepot" prepared in 2020. The budget is 846,000 euros net.
The remuneration is based on milestone planning according to the service phases.
