The city of Minden is planning to renovate and expand the Piwittskamp school site in two construction phases.
The construction area is located in the southwestern city area of Minden, district Rodenbeck (Piwittskamp 38, 32429 Minden, plot size approx. 14,612 m²). It is a partly two-storey school building with a partial basement in solid construction.
The city council of the city of Minden has decided to extensively renovate the Piwittskamp school site while maintaining the entire school operation in order to accommodate a three-class primary school and to expand it by building a new simple sports hall (size 15 x 27 m) including the necessary ancillary rooms, changing rooms and equipment rooms. A youth club is to be integrated into the new building area. The youth club can be built in a two-storey construction and is to be planned as an independent unit of use. Synergy effects of the two usage units are desirable.
- Object planning of buildings Lph 1-3 (proportionate), optionally Lph 4-9 (pro-rata) in accordance with § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 No. 10.1, separated by construction phases
- Object planning of outdoor facilities Lph 1-3 (proportionate), optionally Lph 4-9 (proportionate) in accordance with § 39 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 11 No. 11.1, for the entire facility
- Special / additional services, separated by construction phases:
o Inventory of school buildings (only 1st construction phase)
o Coordination of all those involved in the planning as well as integration and plausibility check of the planning results of the technically involved third parties in phases 1-3, optionally in phases 4-9,
o Fire protection according to AHO publication series issue no. 17 (as of 12/22) in phases 1-4, optionally in phases 5 and 8 as well as the following optional / additional services:
- Specialist construction management for fire protection as a systematic, random and, if necessary, destructive control of structural fire protection measures (to phase 8),
- Review of fire brigade plans (to Lph 8),
- Review of escape and rescue plans (to Lph 8),
- updating the explanatory report and fire protection plans,
- Participation in monitoring to eliminate the deficiencies found during acceptance,
- Participation in the preparation of the fire protection regulations, the operating manual, the alarm and hazard prevention plan,
- Creation of a barrier-free concept in accordance with § 9a BauPrüfVO NRW
o Optional: Work as responsible site manager according to LBauO NRW
