SNCF Mobilités wishes to be aware of a PDM / PLM-type solution in order to be able to organize and support the digital transformation of the Rolling Stock Technical Data Management System, a system that constitutes an essential pillar for the Materiel Management missions.
The technical data management system is based on four macro-processes:
- the collection of information from the manufacturers,
- the management of the applicable definition configurations,
- change management,
- the publication making available the definition of rolling stock to the different entities of the equipment.
The purpose of the contract is limited to providing the solution (software / software package) and expertise on the solution. The market does not include integration services of this solution to the SNCF Mobilités IS.
The services expected by the editors of the PDM / PLM solution are as follows:
- provide the PDM / PLM solution itself (licenses, subscriptions, right of use ...) and any associated maintenance,
- provide support on the chosen solution throughout the duration of the contract (take into account the anomalies encountered by SNCF Mobilités, restore the service within a contractually defined time, propose solutions of corrections, circumvention if necessary ...),
- help and assist the integrator of the solution chosen by SNCF Mobilités in the form of an expert report,
- help and assist the MOA Business and the MOA SI on request,
- maintain and / or help maintain the solution under operational conditions (emergency patch production in case of anomaly or identified vulnerability),
- train the Business MOA, the MOA SI and defined user groups to the basic functionalities of the chosen solution.
