The objective of the contract is to ensure the Contracting Authority's (Vegamot AS and Bompengeselskap Nord AS, including associated/subsidiary companies) requirements for services related to invoice/mail distribution and payment method systems. The chosen service provider shall be the total provider of these services.

The Contracting Authority:

— Vegamot AS is one of 5 regional toll road companies in Norway.

Vegamot manages toll road projects in Central Norway (Trøndelag and Møre og Romsdal).

— Bompengeselskap Nord AS is one of 5 regional toll road companies in Norway.

Bompengeselskap Nord AS manages toll road projects in Northern Norway (Nordland, Troms and Finnmark).

The Contracting Authority is focusing on a high degree of digital distribution as well as utilising all current and future digital possibilities. Protection of privacy, data protection and reliability are also important focus areas for the Contracting Authority.
