The building will be two-storey and will have civil defence facilities. The implementation period reserved for the project is 01.04.2023 - 30.09.2024, i.e. 18 months, and the operations will tentatively start at the daycare centre on 01.10.2024, when the daycare centre and the related yards will be ready and handed over to the user. Once the procurement process has been completed and the contractor has been selected, the implementation time is specified, however, so that the user's activities begin at the same time. Time.

The project has a building permit that the developer has applied for.

The developer has drawn up the plans and documents that are attached to this invitation to tender, according to which the project will be carried out. The project follows the spirit of "fair play" and operates in a good team spirit on the principle of the best interests of the project.

The project will be implemented as a total contract to the extent specified in the plans and documents prepared by Espoo.

VISIT:
