The subject of the order is the gradual purchase of liquid fuels, in a non-cash system based on fleet cards, for company cars of State Administration Units, hereinafter referred to as Units.

2. The expected number of fleet cards which the Contractor will be obliged to provide to the Units for free is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.
3. Annex 1 to the ToR contains a list of Units covered by this contract, information on the estimated amount of fuels with their type, which will be purchased during the term of the contracts and information on the planned purchase of additional goods and services.
4. The fleet cards provided must enable the Units to purchase other products and services related to the service of company cars offered by the gas station (e.g. engine oils, operating fluids, bulbs, wipers, fuses, washing and vacuuming cars) and paying tolls. These will be regulated in the contracts concluded by the Contractor with individual Units.
5. As a result of the proceedings, contracts will be concluded - for each Unit separately (Important provisions of the contract are attached as Annex 7 to the ToR).

6. The Contractor will calculate the price of the offer based on Annex 4 to the ToR (list of service stations).
To calculate the average gross price for 1 liter of fuel one should take the prices from all listed stations, which the Contractor is to have at the day of submitting bids.
7. The entity has the right to:
a) complete the delivery or part of the delivery at least in 50% of the total gross value of the contract. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect;
b) increase or decrease in the amount of individual types of fuels, provided that the gross value of the contract is not exceeded;
c) purchase of fuels and other products and services related to service of company cars
With the discount specified in the offer, at all stations listed in Annex 4 and other stations at the Contractor's disposal;
d) temporary use of the card for another vehicle registration number if a replacement vehicle is available.
8. Unleaded petrol and diesel must meet the quality requirements for liquid fuels specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) and PN standards, respectively -EN 228: 2013-04, PN-EN 590: 2013-12.
9. LPG gas must meet the quality requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.4.2016 on the quality requirements for liquefied gas (LPG) (Journal of Laws 2016, item 540).
10. Gas stations Contractors must meet the requirements provided for in the regulations for gas stations in accordance with the announcement of the Minister of Economy of 14.8.2014 regarding the publication of a uniform text of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy on technical conditions to be met by liquid fuel bases and stations, long-distance transmission pipelines for the transport of crude oil and petroleum products and their location.
