The procurement will satisfy Armada Fastighets AB's and Armada Group's, below the Client, the ongoing need for technical consultants. The client carries out procurement of several framework agreements in different areas of expertise. Framework agreements will be signed with several Consultants per specialist area.

This contract covers technical consultants in the following areas of expertise:

1. Architecture

2. Construction and project management

4. Plumbing

In addition to Armada Fastighets AB, all Group companies are also entitled to place orders / calls from the framework agreements that this procurement results in. These companies together with Armada Fastighets AB are named in this procurement for Buyers.

The consultant should be able to investigate and manage and plan assignments and report documents using CAD in the specialist area with a focus on rental housing and municipal buildings such as preschools, schools, sports facilities and elderly housing. Architectural design should contribute to flexible function and to good long-term function and economy. Good ability to work in groups and be able to communicate with the client's various businesses / users.
