The Solothurn – Moutier (SMB) route will be extensively renewed between March 2024 and December 2025. Part of this route are the stations of Lommiswil, Im Holz, Oberdorf, Gänsbrunnen, Crémines Zoo, Corcelles and Grandval, the Weissenstein Tunnel in between and various engineering structures. (esp. Geissloch and Corcelles Viaduct).
In the building perimeter of Solothurn West - Moutier, the work may cause damage to neighboring properties. As part of the precautionary extrajudicial preservation of evidence, the condition of properties and roads, geodetic measurements and vibration measurements are to be carried out. The aim is to document the current condition of all affected buildings in the area of influence of the construction project before the construction work is carried out and thus to create transparency in the event of damage.
