The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is aimed at strong electronic identification services provided by a service provider belonging to a national trust network. The service provider must be a strong electronic identification service provider approved by the Traficom (Transport and Communications Agency) identification service registry (trust network).

DPS focuses on strong electronic identification services provided by a service provider belonging to a national trust network. The service provider must be a strong electronic identification service provider approved by the Traficom (Transport and Communications Agency) identification service registry (trust network). Throughout its lifetime, DPS will be open to all qualified suppliers. The contracting entity procures between DPS-approved bidders through internal DPS tendering. Tenders may be for the duration of the DPS during the procurement phase. Only electronic means of communication are used during the establishment of the DPS (before entering the procurement phase) and for the duration of the DPS.
