The intended award includes work processes in the areas of maintenance, servicing, data updating and, in some cases, data collection of 60 properties of the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district office of Berlin. Unless otherwise mentioned separately in the following bill of quantities, all services include the provision and provision of the necessary test materials, equipment and aids (such as ladders and scaffolding up to a working height of 3.00 m) and personal protective equipment (such as eye and face protection, safety helmet, hearing protection, protective gloves, protective clothing, safety shoes) in accordance with the risk analysis, safety equipment, such as fall protection, etc., in full execution, and in compliance with the applicable current laws and regulations. The contractor also undertakes to apply the applicable current laws and regulations, the DIN standards, manufacturer's guidelines, static, fire protection verifications of the guideline for automatic doors in escape routes as well as in compliance with the regulations for accident prevention, the Workplace Ordinance and the Safety and Health Protection Plan.
