The order comprises basic project management services (project stages 1 to 5), action areas A-E and individual special services in accordance with AHO 2020 for the new hospital in Bietigheim.

The Ludwigsburg-Bietigheim gGmbH clinics are planning to build and rebuild the hospital in Bietigheim.

The aim is to improve the quality of basic care for patients and to develop and modernize the hospital in Bietigheim for the future. As part of the planned measure, a large and one or two smaller partial new buildings are to be built in several construction phases. In parallel, the existing buildings will be partially rebuilt and renovated as required.

Costs have been calculated in advance for new and remodeling hospitals. These amount to approximately €132 million (gross) for all measures. The total costs determined include the costs of cost groups 200 to 700 according to DIN 276.

The planning and construction contracts for the project are awarded in separate tenders. The order for the project management services advertised in this case is carried out in stages, initially with award for project stage 1 (project preparation) according to AHO 2020, after which the further stages are called up in accordance with the project management agreement. In addition, special services for quality assurance of architectural planning (“second opinion”) must be provided.

The subject of this procurement procedure is the basic services for project management, project stages 1 to 5, areas of action A to E and certain special services according to AHO 2020.
