1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of liquid helium and liquid nitrogen 5.0 for INTiBS in Wrocław, divided into two tasks - on the terms and to the extent specified in the draft agreements, in the annexes to the draft agreements and in the Terms of Reference.

2. The subject of the contract has been divided into parts (two tasks). The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial offers for any number of tasks.

2.1. Task 1 shall include: Successive deliveries of liquid helium in a maximum quantity of 8 000 litres.

2.2. Task 2 shall include: Successive supply of liquid nitrogen 5.0 in a maximum quantity of 130 000 kg

3. The subject of the contract should be performed on the basis of quality parameters and requirements indicated in the descriptions of the subject of the contract constituting Appendix No. 1 to the draft contract – Task 1 – OPZ and Annex No. 1 to the draft contract – Task 2 – OPZ.

4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of implementation are contained in the draft contracts with attachments (Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract – Appendix No. 1 to the draft contract – Task 1 – OPZ and Annex No. 1 to the draft contract – Task 2 – OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ for task No. 1 and Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ for task No. 2.

5. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of conducting a site visit. The Contracting Authority informs that the visit is not an obligation of the Contractor, and in the event of failure to carry it out, the Contractor's offer will not be subject to rejection pursuant to Article 226(1)(18) of the Public Procurement Law https://intibs.ezamawiajacy.pl dzial_zakupow@intibs.pl.

The subject of the contract should be performed on the basis of the quality parameters and requirements indicated in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Appendix No. 1 to the draft contract – Task 2 – OPZ. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the method of implementation is included in the draft agreement with attachments, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference for Task No. 2.
