Integrated contract, pursuant to art. 44 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, for the implementation of the interventions referred to in the Funds of Law 145/18 Art. 1 Paragraph 95 CUP: I61B21003020001 - CUP: I67H21003160001

- intervention 1: "Construction works of the new railway station of Catanzaro City" total amount of € 8,251,566.30 plus VAT and including € 221,400.00 Over for safety charges not subject to reduction;

- intervention 2: "Works for the insertion of a rack railway interchange between the stations of Catanzaro Pratica and Catanzaro (Sala)" total amount € 2,145,852.53 plus VAT and including € 150,000.00 for safety charges not subject to reduction.

Integrated contract relating to the interventions referred to in Decree no. 364 of 23/09/2021 of the Ministry of Sustainable Infrastructure and Mobility containing "Allocation of the resources of the fund for the financing of investments and infrastructural development of the country, referred to in art. 1, c. 95, of Law no. 145 of 30 December 2018, intended for interventions for the strengthening and modernisation of regional railways",
