The electrical installation work consists of the supply and installation of:

1 pc distributor, 180 pcs sockets, switches, presence motion detectors, 11,800 running meters of cables and wires, 1,400 running meters of cable trays, 2,300 pcs of ducts and pipes, 475 pcs LED lights, 18 pcs escape sign lights, 27 pcs video cameras and 93 pcs network connections

Construction of a five-storey wooden multi-storey car park, 347 parking spaces and bicycle parking spaces on level 0.
