1. The system of ticket sales for the Municipal Municipality of Ostróda includes:

1) preparation, delivery, implementation of an IT system enabling non-cash clearing of journeys by collective communication in Ostróda together with a system of automatic toll collection without printing ticketing;

2) delivery and assembly of the biletomes.

2. A detailed description of the object of the order is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

1. The system of ticket sales for the Municipal Municipality of Ostróda includes:

1) preparation, delivery, implementation of an IT system enabling non-cash clearing of journeys by collective communication in Ostróda together with a system of automatic toll collection without printing ticketing;

2) delivery and assembly of the biletomes.

2. A detailed description of the object of the order is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

3. Supplied tickets must:

1) be factory new (they can not carry any signs of use);

2) comply with the requirements set out in the Detailed Description of the Object of the Order (Annex No 4 to SWZ);

3) when mounted and running, be ready for use.

5. The subject of the contract shall include the performance of any supporting and accompanying work necessary for the proper execution of the subject of the contract, in particular:

1) post-built surveying inventory;

2) tidying up and cleaning the site on which the work will be carried out and adjacent premises contaminated as a result of the work carried out, after the completion of the installation of the tickets.

6. If there are any trademarks in the description of the subject of the contract, the patent or origin should be assumed that the Contracting Authority has provided a description indicating the type and authorizes the submission of equivalent tenders with technical and operational parameters not inferior to those which have been specified in the Item Description of the order.

7. Reasons for failure to split the order into parts: the project ticketing system for the Municipality of Ostróda includes three main elements:

1) delivery and assembly of the biletomes;

2) the performance of energy connections to the biletomates;

3) supply and assembly of devices and software.

The subject of the procedure is the delivery and assembly of tickets, devices and software. The selection of the Contractor of energy connections to the tickets will be carried out in separate proceedings.

The scope of the order object, consists of multiple modules compatible with each other. The Contracting Authority did not plan to split the order into parts, as such a division would threaten:

— the proper execution of the order by difficulty in coordinating the activities of the various Contractors,

— difficulty in determining the entity responsible for removing defects in the system if such a defect is found.
