The municipality of Kuerten intends to allocate cleaning services (maintenance cleaning work, basic cleaning work and glass and frame cleaning work) for various objects of the municipality of Kürten for the period from 01/01/2022 to December 31, 2024 with an optional extension for another year.

The call for tenders is divided into five lots:

Lot 1: Glass and frame cleaning of various objects

Lot 2: maintenance and basic cleaning in schools and gyms. In addition, daily disinfecting cleaning of the contact surfaces during the pandemic

Lot 3: maintenance cleaning and basic cleaning in the town hall Kürten new building and old building

Lot 4: Basic cleaning of fire equipment houses and maintenance cleaning in the stairwell of the retirement home Bechen

Lot 5: maintenance cleaning in the community center, in the mourning halls and representative cleaning in the building yard

Glass and frame cleaning is carried out once a year in each object (mainly during summer holidays, Easter and autumn holidays if necessary).

Maintenance cleaning in schools and gyms, in town halls Kürten takes place from Monday to Friday (except holidays).

Basic cleaning in schools and gyms takes place during summer holidays.

Maintenance cleaning in the stairwell of the retirement home is carried out once a week, on Fridays.

The town halls are cleaned gradually by floor and room once a year after consultation.

The basic cleaning of the fire equipment houses is carried out twice a month.

Maintenance cleaning of the mourning halls is carried out depending on the use.

The maintenance cleaning of the community center is carried out depending on the use, and a corresponding occupancy schedule is available one week in advance. Cleaning is also carried out after consultation with the janitor.

The builder's representative cleaning is carried out after prior arrangement in the absence of the municipal cleaning agent, mainly on a weekly basis.

Glass and frame cleaning is carried out once a year in each object (mainly during summer holidays, Easter and autumn holidays if necessary).
