1. The object of the order is:

a. The preparation in the kitchen of the Contractor all day board for patients of the District Hospital in Mikołów at 2 Waryński Street and for patients of the Department of Care - Care (ZPO) in Łaziski Medium at Staszica 4 Street

b. delivery of meals to the Nutrition Department in the hospital and the reception point of meals in the ZPO by means of transport of the Contractor (in one or two cars)

c. discharge of containers with meals from the car and transporting the Contractor's trolley to the indicated location

d. Reception of empty containers after meals and their washing and disinfection in the premises of the Contractor
