The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractors of a financial brokerage service consisting in the provision of support in the form of a financial product "1.2 Guarantee" for SMEs.

The Ordering Party shall manage the Financial Intermediary's obligations resulting from the Unit Guarantees granted for financial commitments (i.e. Loans / Guarantees issued / Renewable bid bond guarantees / Factoring limit / Bid guarantees) granted to Final Customers by Financial Institutions / granted by the Financial Intermediary, up to the Value of the Guarantee provided as part of the procedure for a given part.

The value of the Rep surety funds which may be granted to the Contractor (Financial Intermediary) in this part is PLN 3,000,000.00 (three million zlotys).

The value of the Rep surety funds which may be granted to the Contractor (Financial Intermediary) in this part is PLN 10,000,000.00 (ten million zlotys).

The value of the Rep surety funds that may be granted to the Contractor (Financial Intermediary) in this part is PLN 12,000,000.00 (twelve million zlotys).
