The city of Laupheim intends to rebuild the Abenteuerland day care center in Laupheim. This requires outdoor facility planning in accordance with HOAI Part 3, Section 2 and performance profile in accordance with §38.

The city of Laupheim intends to build a new day care center on parcel No. 4238 in Laupheim, for which outdoor facility planning services are required. The area to be planned is approx. 4,000 m².

The specialist planner services are tendered in a pan-European, two-stage negotiated procedure:

- Level 1: Prequalification with selection of 3 participants for level 2

- Stage 2: negotiated procedure
