The subject of the contract will be to provide a service called ‘Evaluation Helpdesk’.
The subject of the contract will be to provide a service (called ‘Evaluation Helpdesk’) that will identify and review all evaluations undertaken by managing authorities during contract execution and give support to Member States and the Commission in designing, managing and assessing the quality of completed evaluations and ensuring appropriate feedback to Member States.
The Helpdesk will provide structured information on the outcome of the reviews of evaluations to support the Commission’s syntheses of evaluation findings. Selected information will be published on the Commission websites.
There are 3 tasks to be undertaken under this contract.
Task 1: Assessment and summary of evaluations;
Task 2: Feedback on evaluations and methodological support:
— Task 2.1: Feedback on evaluations undertaken by Member States,
— Task 2.2: Methodological support to Member States on evaluation issues,
— Task 2.3: Methodological support on evaluation activities carried out by the Commission.
Task 3: Training.
Tasks 1 and 2.1 cover the ERDF/CF and ESF/YEI while tasks 2.2, 2.3 and 3 relate only to ERDF/CF.
