This contract notice concerns the provision of repair services:

- HTA autotransformers operated by Enedis and meeting the technical specification HN 52 S 28,

- MV / LV transformers operated by Enedis and meeting the technical specifications HN 52 S 20 (discontinued), HN 52 S 24 and HN (ST) 52 S 27.

Only transformers not polluted with PCBs (below 50 ppm) are concerned.

The annual volumes of equipment to be processed in this market will be about 2400 transformers and 10 autotransformers.

Technical description:

- product transport service,

- provision of a repair estimate,

- reinforcement service in the event of refusal of the estimate,

- repair and overhaul service with test report.

In accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Order Code, the maximum of the framework agreement that will be concluded is 15,000 processors sent for expertise, it being specified that this indication has no contractual commitment value for the Company.

The following main works to be carried out after transport and diagnosis are:

- devatting, visual inspection of coils, active parts, connectors,

- draining and destroying all the oil,

- dismantling of the cover, switch, accessories,

- dismantling of the MV and LV terminals,

- removal of the cylinder head and the MV windings, if necessary,

- examination of the insulation of LV windings,

- prior to assembly: the three LV windings being sound are kept, cleaning of the LV windings, cylinder heads and accessories,

- drying of the active part in an oven,

- during assembly, replacement of the MV / LV insulating sleeves and all the screens,

- verification of the absence of solid particles in the tank,

- vacuum and manual intervention to maintain tank waves,

- fresh oiling,

- reassembly of the transformer,

- refurbishment of paints, seals and screws protected against corrosion,

- fitting of statutory plates,

- tests.

In accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Order Code, the maximum of the framework agreement that will be concluded is 63 appraised autotransformers, it being specified that this indication has no contractual commitment value for the Company.

The following main works to be carried out after transport and diagnosis are:

- dismantling of the cover, (switch and accessories if necessary), and of the MV terminals,

- examination of the insulation of the MV windings,

- refurbishing of paints (if necessary) and screws and bolts protected against corrosion,

- change of MV connection terminals:

— replacement of all HV porcelain bollards by a polluted area assembly,

— replacement of three used HVT porcelain terminals or 3 PF400 by three fixed sockets that can be plugged in on PF400,

- replacement of the installed MV surge arresters (except fixing system on estimate and off market),

- replacing the DGPT 2,

- replacement of seals,

- fitting of statutory plates,

- filling, dielectric control and reconditioning of devices with guaranteed performance for one year,

- tests.
