The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28.09.1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356, as amended – the "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, as well as forest nursery and seed production, to be carried out in the area of the Szczebra Forest District in 2024. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. These contracts will consist of the repetition of services consistent with the services which are the subject of this contract and services similar to them in terms of the technological aspect of their performance. The material scope of these services will not exceed the value of 50% of the value of this contract.
Package I — Forestry: Lipki, Dębiny and TransitThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356, as amended – hereinafter: "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, fire protection and seed production to be performed in the area of the Szczebra Forest District in the Lipki Forest Range, Dębiny and Przewięź in 2024. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. These contracts will consist of the repetition of services consistent with the services which are the subject of this contract and services similar to them in terms of the technological aspect of their performance. The material scope of these services will not exceed the value of 50% of the value of this contract.
Package II — Forestry: Busznica i NowinkaThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356, as amended – hereinafter: "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, fire protection, seed production and obtaining Christmas trees to be made in the Szczebra Forest District in the Busznica and Nowinka Forest Districts in 2024. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. These contracts will consist of the repetition of services consistent with the services which are the subject of this contract and services similar to them in terms of the technological aspect of their performance. The material scope of these services will not exceed the value of 50% of the value of this contract.
Package III — Forestry: Scar and ClonownicaThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356, as amended – hereinafter: "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, fire protection and seed production to be performed in the Szczebra Forest District in the Blizna and Klonownica Forest Districts in 2024. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. These contracts will consist of the repetition of services consistent with the services which are the subject of this contract and services similar to them in terms of the technological aspect of their performance. The material scope of these services will not exceed the value of 50% of the value of this contract.
Package IV — forestry: Koniecbór and MasalszczyznaThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356, as amended – hereinafter: "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, fire protection and seed production to be performed in the area of the Szczebra Forest District in the Koniecbór and Masalszczyzna Forest Districts in 2024. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. These contracts will consist of the repetition of services consistent with the services which are the subject of this contract and services similar to them in terms of the technological aspect of their performance. The material scope of these services will not exceed the value of 50% of the value of this contract.
Package V — Forestry: Mill, Jashki, Foothold and Nursery FarmThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356, as amended – hereinafter: "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, fire protection, seeds, harvesting of Christmas trees and forest nursery (located in the Młynisko Forest Range) to be carried out in the Szczebra Forest District in the Młynisko, Jaśki and Topiłówka Forest Ranges in 2024. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. These contracts will consist of the repetition of services consistent with the services which are the subject of this contract and services similar to them in terms of the technological aspect of their performance. The material scope of these services will not exceed the value of 50% of the value of this contract.
