The tender contest is for a contract for deliveries of food products to industrial households in Nordkapp Municipality. The contest is primarily for deliveries to the kitchen at Nordkapp health centre. Schools, nurseries and other entities are not included in the contest, but larger units with good ordering routines and volumes have an option to join the framework agreement. The contract consists of the following product groups:

1) Groceries and poultry (Estimated annual value NOK 1 000 000, excluding VAT);

2) Fresh vegetables, fruit, potatoes, and eggs (estimated annual value NOK 250 000 excluding VAT);

3) Milk and dairy products (Estimated annual volume NOK 300 000 excluding VAT);

4) Meat and meat products (Estimated annual value NOK 300 000 excluding VAT);

5) Fish and fish products (Estimated annual volume NOK 300 000 excluding VAT).

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period. Lots/groups: It is possible to submit tenders for one or more groups. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted within each lot/group. The contracting authority reserves the right to split the contract between several tenderers and to accept all or parts of a tender. The procurement will be regulated by the attached framework agreement and associated standard terms. The framework agreement has a duration from and including 1 June 2021 00.00 until and including 31 May 2023 00.00 with the opportunity for the contracting authority to further extend for up to two years, with 12 months at a time. The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 - one - tenderer in each group, provided that a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders to the contest. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
