Integral provision of the sewerage service of the municipality of Sant Pere de Ribes in the modality of service concession contract

For the provision of the services set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Concessionaire shall manage the public sewerage service and operate the facilities that make up the service, including the management of electrical, mechanical or other installations related to the object of the contract, as well as those investments included in this tender and the accessory or complementary works or works of extension, Renovation or improvement that are necessary for the proper exploitation of the same. Specifically, the provision includes the management and operation of all facilities, equipment and elements of the network where the users' sewer connections are connected. The operation of the Service also includes its administrative management, with the scope and functions specified in the technical specifications.
