The purpose of this framework agreement is the rental with installation, transport, assembly and dismantling of sound equipment, lighting and stage accessories as well as the provision of staff ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment and the smooth running of shows and events. The services can be carried out indoors and/or outdoors, day or night, from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. They can be carried out throughout the continental territory of the municipality, and take place simultaneously. As an ancillary, the framework agreement includes the broadcasting of municipal council meetings.
