Aktivcenter Hirschhorn nach § 16 Abs.1 SGB II i.V. mit § 45 SGB III

Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße -Kommunales Jobcenter-, an approved municipal institution according to the Social Code Second Book (SGB II), plans to set up a flexible, comprehensive offer for individual support in the activation and orientation of employable benefit recipients and ALG II - New applicants of Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße -Kommunales Jobcenter-.

The aim is to introduce the labour market with subsequent placement of the group of participants referred to in B.1.2 in gainful employment on the first labour market or in a further measure, through accompanying, individual and needs-oriented help and advice on the integration process. The achievement of objectives must be supported by the increased use of practical units and/or qualification components.

Participating:

Employable beneficiaries of all ages and genders, as well as ALG II new applicants, even with multiple placement barriers or severe disabilities, who have received or applied for benefits under the Second Social Code from Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße -Kommunales Jobcenter-. The group of participants will be heterogeneous (no restriction regarding age.dem personal status, existing professional qualification, professional experience, barriers to placement and migration).

We define the measurable goals as follows:

A placement rate of 25% is to be achieved for placement in a training or employment relationship on the first labour market.

When mediating in a further measure, a placement rate of 55% is to be achieved.

In the case of placement in a company internship in the course of the measure, a placement rate of 70% is to be achieved.
