Invitation to tender for the delivery of Precipitants

See point 1.1.1 for a description of the participants in the agreement.

The maximum value, including any options and expected price increases, is stated in point 1.1.4. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Lots/groups

Partial offers cannot be submitted, nor can alternative offers be made in each chemical group.

Chemical group 1, precipitation chemicals:

Maximum value, including any options and expected price increase: maximum value NOK 105,000,000 excluding VAT.

Chemical group 2, water treatment chemicals:

Maximum value including options and expected price increases: NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT.

Framework agreement

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The framework agreement period is from and including 19.09.2023 until and including 04.06.2023. The contract will automatically be valid for a further 2 years unless terminated by one of the parties.

The contracting authority will enter into a contract with 1 tenderer for each chemical group.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
