Due to the limited number of characters in point II.1.1) making it impossible to provide the full name of the order, the Ordering Party shall provide the full name of the order:
Preparation of design documentation for the task: Reconstruction of intersections along with the construction of traffic lights along DK81 in Mikołów and Warszowice and construction of traffic lights along with the reconstruction of the intersection and connector of the A4 junction with Batorego and Oświęcimska streets, divided into parts.
Preparation of design documentation for the task: Reconstruction of the intersection along with the construction of traffic lights along DK81 with Fitelberga Street in Mikołów1. The scope of documentation for part 1 includes: reconstruction of left-hand turns and side inlets, construction of a bus bay (right side) and reconstruction of the existing bus stop space (left side), construction of traffic lights at the intersection along with coordination of traffic lights on the section to the intersection with Górnicza Street in Łaziska Górne, construction of pedestrian access in the area of the intersection and bus bays, construction of dedicated lighting at the existing and designed crossing for Pedestrians.
2. The contract includes the preparation of design documentation and obtaining the necessary administrative decisions:
a) in accordance with the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract, the contract and the table of valuation of the stages of the contract together with all necessary studies, materials, arrangements and activities necessary to perform this documentation and prepare the task
b) preparing answers to Contractors' inquiries regarding project documentation during the procedure for awarding a public contract for works and/or preparing changes in the project documentation
c) performing author's supervision over the execution of works during their implementation and warranty/guarantee.
3. The Ordering Party requires that the Service be completed within 83 months (taking into account the partial deadlines specified in TER), which consists of:
a) 10 months for the performance of the obligations specified in § 1 section 2 letter a) SWZ - Volume II;
b) 6 months for the performance of obligations resulting from the tender procedure for selecting the contractor for construction works specified in § 1 section 2 letter b) SWZ - Volume II;
c) 67 months for the performance of obligations resulting from the author's supervision over the execution of construction works (together with the warranty period for defects of 60 months), specified in § 1 section 2 letter c) SWZ - Volume II.

The scope of documentation for part 2 includes: reconstruction of the side inlet and construction of a left-hand turn, construction of traffic lights at the intersection, construction of pedestrian access in the area of the intersection, construction of dedicated lighting at the existing pedestrian crossing along with the construction of a transition zone
2. The contract includes the preparation of design documentation and obtaining the necessary administrative decisions:

The scope of documentation for part 3 includes: improvement of the geometry of the intersection, i.e. correction of lane parameters for left-turn relations, construction of pedestrian access roads in the area of the intersection, construction of traffic lights at the intersection with coordination with signaling at the intersection with Boryńska and Pszczyńska streets, construction of dedicated lighting at existing and planned pedestrian crossings along with the construction of a transition zone at the existing pedestrian crossing.

The scope of documentation for part 4 includes: reconstruction of the intersection of Batorego Street with the junction connector along with reconstruction of geometrical parameters of the connector (implementation of a lane for left and right turns), construction of traffic lights at the intersections of the A4 junction with Batorego Street and Oświęcimska Street, construction of dedicated lighting at the existing pedestrian crossing located at the inlet of Oświęcimska Street (southern side of A4).
