The subject of the contract is the delivery of knee, hip and shoulder joint prostheses. The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of prostheses covered by the contract, by the Contractor, to the factory pharmacy of the hospital at ul. Szwajcarska 3 in Poznań by own or organized transport at its own expense and risk, lending to the contracting authority for the duration of the contract, one complete instrument for each type of endoprostheses being the subject of the order in packages 1, 2, 5, 6, 10, 11 for package 8, two complete instruments, handing over to the ordering party two complete "lines" of endoprostheses covered by the order in packages 1, 2, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11.
