The scope of the contract includes successive deliveries from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 of hydrated lime to Enea Ciepło sp. z o.o. in the location of the CHP plant Białystok, Gen. Władysława Andersa 15, 15-124 Białystok.

The scope of the contract includes successive deliveries from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 of hydrated lime to Enea Ciepło sp. z o.o. in the location of the CHP plant Białystok, Gen. Władysława Andersa 15, 15-124 Białystok, in two assortments:

And. Lime hydrated for the Flue Gas Desulphurization Installation (FGD) as a sorbent for the Flue Gas Desulphurization Installation at the CHP Plant in Białystok in the amount of 9,000 tons.

Delivery of autocysterns of about 25 tons each in one delivery.

The quantity of 9000 tons anticipated in deliveries may be reduced by the Ordering Party by no more than 30%, i.e. up to 6300 tons. The actual quantity of the ordered product will be in the range of 6300 tons to 9000 tons.

II. Hydrated lime for the Water Treatment Station (SUW) in the amount of 195 tonnes.

Successive delivery of autocysterns of 12 - 15 tons in one autocystern.

The quantity of 195 tonnes envisaged in supply may be reduced by the Contracting Authority by not more than 30% i.e. to a quantity of 137 tonnes. The actual quantity of the product ordered will be between 137 tonnes and 195 tonnes.
