The subject of the contract includes the collection and management of municipal waste from all residential properties located in the Municipality of Pszów, from the municipal market and the point of collecting waste from emptied street bins, in the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025.

1. The subject of the contract includes:

1) Collection of municipal waste from all residential properties located in the Municipality of the City of Pszów, from the municipal market and the point of collection of waste from emptied street bins. Loading and collection of waste is to take place between 7:00 and 20:00.

2) Management of all municipal waste collected from the Municipality of Pszów in a manner consistent with the applicable legal regulations enabling the achievement of the statutory recycling levels, and the levels of reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill.

3) Equipping all real estate inhabited in single-family and multi-apartment buildings, with containers (containers) for mixed waste owned by the Contractor and containers (containers) for selective collection.

4) Equipping all residential properties with bags for selective waste collection and distribution of bags - for each bag with selectively collected waste returned by the property owner, an empty bag of the same type should be left.
