The characteristics of the contract to be carried out can be seen from the Specifications for the Supply and Installation Contract and from the project documents detailed in the Specifications themselves; In particular, all components and/or accessories, even if not explicitly indicated, but necessary for the perfect functioning of the supply, for the purpose for which it is intended, and for its compliance with current regulations, are to be considered included in the supply.

The clauses contained in the Company's general terms and conditions of sale or in other documents that are in contrast with the provisions of the contract are not considered valid; Therefore, no exceptions or reservations will be allowed.

These characteristics also include the energy efficiency requirements that the contracted supply will also have to comply with. The Supplier may be assessed on the basis of its energy performance.
