The Estates and Facilities Management (EFM) System is a data collection and reporting system for use by the NHS and other associated healthcare bodies.

The service required is to build, host, support, maintain and publish data collected through a data warehouse. The data collected is from NHS Trusts and healthcare providers relating to the physical estate and support functions from which NHS services are provided.

Programme delivery milestones are key. There is no guarantee of additional development within the contract term — this is dependent upon commissioned activities. Data is to be migrated from other systems.
