This procedure shall be carried out in the unrestricted tender procedure referred to in Article 132 (1) of the Pzp Act with a contract value equal to or exceeding the Union thresholds set out in Article 3 of the Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the PZP Act,
The Contractor is obliged to implement the contract under the terms and conditions described in the proposed contract provisions constituting Annex 4a to SWZ, for Task No 1 and Annex No 4b to SWZ, for Task No 2.
