The assignment has the following elements:
Your vision of the assignment: how to arrive at an optimal process and system design, as well as an optimal implementation phase, based on your best practices from the ist situation;
Phased implementation of the operational management system that meets all set requirements;
Training intensive users and adequate instruction extensive users;
Realizing links;
Data migration from the current systems to the new system based on the set requirements;
Maintenance and availability of the system based on the requirements set during the term of the agreement.
